Can anybody recommend a dealer who can help solve a issue?

Just a follow up to the above issue.

I managed to figure out the issue by following the Datalogic Manual which had scannable barcodes for programming.

It took a bit of trial and erorr but I got their in the end. Sense of satisfaction when you work it out yourself, plus save a few bob.
