AX3000 Locking out

We have an ax3000 which periodically locks us out from the sales screen (won't allow sign on)
Access to programs etc is fine.
The only way we find we can recover is to reset the memory and load program and configuration again.
This has happened 3 times in the last 2 years but only on one till. Anyone have this issue?
I think we have the latest firmware update but would have to check, it is certainly recent

Sorry, no idea on this one but never saw it myself while I was using Uniwell kit. Sounds like possibly faulty memory?
