hi hoping some one can help i have a uniwell 870 till and im trying to get the tp932 printer to work with it can someone point me in the right direction please
I think you might need to give a little more information...
Do you know that the printer works?
Have you got them on the same Ethernet network and IP range?
If it doesn't work, what happens - error messages etc?
more i dont know where to start at all its plugged in via a crossover cable but how do i set it up
You need to start by making sure they're on the same IP range - are they?
And I'd put them on a network switch so you can plug a laptop in as well to make sure you can ping both devices.
looks like on same ip range 192.168.1.101 is the printer and the set ip address on the till is 192.168.1.201 i have no network switch but direct to the devices from the laptop with the crossover cable i can ping both ip's
