I've just acquired a Sharp UP700 and I have no idea how to program it. Is there a PC programming utility I can purchase? If so from whom? I'm thinking of a utility like Uniwell's PLM2000

One software which you can use is a program called POS Utility.

Also, do you have a service key for the till? As you may need to allocate the memory within service mode for products, departments etc. depending on what your needs are.
