Help please:I have a sps 500 that won"t boot up,it shows the bootloader ver on black screen then checking sram (counting ) up to 20000 then screen goes blank. Customer display shows sos 500 CDP and ver Std 1.02.reset holding cash key in pgm and plugged in Tried mac reset holding down check key on s mode then top left button left and so on, !explode pulled the backup battery out and left for 24 hours still the same,all print covers are closed and full rolls in both chambers.Downloaded zip file v3.03 from Y......./faq
on to SD card into a folder called update but can seem to up date to 500 any advice would be greatly appreciated.
