yes it has a sticker on the back that says spt-4500 sam4s. i would upload a pic but i cant figure out how to upload pics to this forum.

when I start the machine this is what I see. then this,
then it initializes and goes straight to this screen
which I'm able to log in using code 1 and 2 but those are not authorized to use manager functions
