Sam4s sps2000b lost

Apologies, but we have a Sam4s Sps2000b register and one of our employees was updating it and we have now lost the home screen with Rep and the Reg buttons, they are greyed out and we can no longer sign on as any employee, any advice please?

try signing on with this little known code - then reprogram your clerks - if that fails - the only available option is ram clearing the machine

4 5 6 8 5 2 7 5 3 9 5 1 then the clerk button

Thanks Andy, we had to reset and start again, but is there a way we can get the printer to work, we have tried to print the reports off but no luck and also tried to print off the existing tabs but again no luck, is there a procedure we have to follow to set up the printer ? The printer is a Sam4s Ellix 2011S

setting up the printer on a 2000 is a multi step job
first you have to set up the port - telling it what is attached and what speed,
then printer numbering and both receipt printer and report printer routing.
If you are a restaurant - then comes the kitchen printer.

once you set it all back up, suggest a copy of the program on either 2gig sd card [bigger ones are iffy at best and sdhc ones dont work at all] or very small usb stick?
