Sam4s SP2000 Employee sign on wont work

Employee sign on wont work, so can only go on REG or S on the till, but no access to REP or PGM as none of the employee logins are working?
Can anyone help!!! PLEASE!

sure - look at my previous posts on clerk issues theres a "get out of jail free" option - if that fails - then its a full reprogram from the ground up
