Hi Guys,
I've recently taken on a small restaurant that already has an ICRTouch System from 2010 and although I've managed to work out the majority of the system there is one thing that I simply cannot get the way that I want.
Currently when a receipt it printed - It prints into the PLU Categories:
e.g
Draught beer ...... £...
Starters ...... £...
Mains ...... £...
How do I change the programming so that it prints the PLU name rather than a total of the category?
E.g I would like it look like this
Peroni .... £
Soup Of The Day.... £
Fish and Chips... £
Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated - Equally if anyone knows of a rep who might be able to point me in the right direction. The way the receipts and bills are printing right now makes it look like I'm trying to hide things from my customers!! 
There are plenty of dealers, take a look on the ICR website for the dealer map.
For your specific issue, go into programming mode 3, find the Status Keys, look for your Print Receipt key and change the settings on it.
