Hi everyone,
just installed icr on a tysso system, looking at all the functions i went and changed the skin to the second option, now i have no program function to change it back, have tried both programing log ins and they now say no such clerk. and on the main screen i only have 2 options sales mode and end of day.
gonna call the dealer in the morning just wondered if there was a fix you guys know.( i need to finish programing it asap)
Restart the till, don't let ICR launch.
File Explorer, edit the config.xml file in the C:/ICRTouch/skin folder.
Change the name to the skin you want to use.
Launch ICR again

Hi I have followed these instructions and this did not work for me. I now have a problem now that I cannot get anything on. Is there any way I can do a system restore?
No there isn't. Why have you randomly followed instructions given to someone else when you obviously had a different problem in the first place.
