1. hi everyone im asking for those who use this software if this software cater multi unit measure? EX. Purchase 1pallet and distribute into case, 1 pallet is equivalent to 60 case, and 1 case is equivalent to 24 bottles, we distribute it case, bottles, even pallet sometimes.
2. also if there is builtin inventory on it?

Yes, as long as you use the back office functionality with it.

What is the backoffice that you can recommend for retail/grocery?

Either the fixed TMS, or the Web based TouchOfficeWeb.
Either way you're going to have to speak to your local dealer about them.
