Hi guys
During adding some buttons and changing the prices, we have managed to loose the mode button and unable to access the PG option or perform a x or z read.
We’ve had the till for 20 years and never had a backup, any ideas on how to get into the mode options?

Try all the different clerks you have and try each menu page you have set up as they may still have the mode button.
If you can't access pgm4 to re assign it then the only option is going to be to either reinit the till and start again or use cv33 or cbms to add the button using the pc and send to the till.
