which ipl have you got on the cf card? the file needs to end with .ipl

You will need to give it a price (pgm1, input price and press the item button) and assign it to a department/group before you can select it in sales mode!

go to x/z mode, select option no 4 daily z, select open checks, all, and run the report, do the same for al clerks, this should hopefully clear all the open tables

i've had this issue a few times on the xn700, seemed to cure it by unistalling the elo drivers, re-installing them, both usb and serial, let the software search for the com port and then it works, odd...
