Please help I have ax-3000
The screen won't press its starting fine but cannot press to login etc it's like it's stuck. Where are the reset buttons? Or the plate to remove? Thanks

You should create your own thread for this problem, but... All the info for resets is posted above here already.

Also, get a small fine brush and work out all round the screen and especially into the corners. It's entirely possible to get a small grain of sugar or salt stuck in the edge which then stops the screen from responding to any other touch.
