Hi All

Hoping someone can help with the below.

I have a pair of Sharp UP 3500 tills in a Pub, a Master and a Slave. On Saturday night, of all nights, the slave till stopped working. It is on but wont allow you to input or open any tables. It keeps saying power off.

If I try and do a reading from the master till it says the same, "power off". It has also slowed down the master till so it takes slightly longer to enter items into the till. I have checked all the cables, some are under the floor so I cant tell if they have been damaged. I was hoping someone could tell me if this is a problem with the cables between the tills or a software issue.
