Hi

Our till reading doesn’t appear to reset after the z reading. Is there an easy fix? This means that last few day z reading is totalled together and not separate from each nights takings.

look at the top of the report - are you certain its says z ?
sounds like you are doing an x to me.

I know the key is turned to z on the till

but what is printed on the top of the report? x or z ?
