Problem with Received Account

We have a Sam4s ER940 Cash Register, and we have reprogrammed a key for Received Acct 1. But when we try to use it, when I press the Cash key as part of the sequence, it gives a Sequence Error. I do not think it is incorrect.

Any ideas?

OK, less than helpful. But you get to feel smug.

Anyone else have any useful suggestions?

OK - so sense of humour failure aside - lets get started.

s mode
70 into sub total
193 into relevant button to be RA
cash total.

p mode
70 sub total zero RA1 button cash
90 sub total zero RA1 button cash

job done

Reg mode

press RA1 enter amount - eg £5 would be entered as 500 NO DP
press the method that the value was received - ie cash, cheque or credit button.

press RA1 button again to complete.

The till I have does not have an RA button ready out of the box, which was why it was not so helpful.

I had carried out the S mode instructions, but not the P mode- what does the two P mode 70 and 90 instructions do? They are probably what I was missing.

Thanks.
