Hello, I'm hoping you can help me, I've been over our manual, and can't make it heads or tails of it. I'm trying to program a category key to be non tax. I'm hoping that it's a very easy thing to do for a non techy person. Thanks!

I think that is a raised key machine so turn off tax in department programming section of the manual

Thanks for your reply! Yes, it is a raised key model, but I'm not able to figure out how to use the department programming function. I've followed the instructions in the manual:
S key set to Blind position after daily reset
punch in 76 and AT/TL
and then an error sounds.
anything that can help would be great!
