Hi before I start I would like to thank everybody that helped in the past with my past Omron till. I have since replaced it with a lesser model due to the fact it wasn't going to get used to its full potential. My new register is another Omron machine (RS14), everything works as it should but the paid out function doesn't seem to work. I put in an amount (30.00) press paid out and it gives a short bleep and chucks up an E. Is there a way to program the register to get it back, like reset the software from a ROM inside. Other than that its in perfect condition.
