I have 7 x J2 615 epos tills and 4 of them have very recently developed screen faults. This must be a common fault! Does anyone have a repair solution please or knowledge of the fault?

Is the screen giving a red/purple colour cast to everything then probably disappearing all together?
If it is, it's a known fault with a certain batch. It does mean a whole new lcd panel.
There's a know fault on some batch of J2 terminals, mainly the back lights are blown so a new LCD display is required.
We've swap quite a few of these in the last couple of months, I do have a few in stock so please feel free to contact me.
We've just started selling the 225 model. Any problems with this model so far?

Most common fault so far recorded is on the 225 is the rear display back light after a few days in use.
J2 are fully aware of the problem and are looking into it to resolve the problem.
