Hello! We're having trouble getting our system to give out an end of day Z report. An error pops up saying 'flash card full'. We have tried using the 'Z collect data' function on the Bleep back office and it looks as if the data is being collected however, the same error occurs. Now we have realised that this must be a problem with the back office communicating with the tills as we are unable to update screens etc. The network seems fine and a pop-up appears saying connected to Bleep epos. Can anyone help or shed a light on this? We would much appreciate it! Thanks

If not call 07770 677123. I can instruct you over the phone. You will need a PS2 keyboard ( purple connector not USB)
