Today we reprogrammed our till. Then went into the till as a user to test the buttons etc went to the pay screen then the till froze - no buttons worked at all. In an attempt to reset I turned the till off and back on. It appears to boot fine it beeps and loading rom dos etc but then goes black with a red error message firstly of station not found. Then a few second later changes to system locked. We have two tills they were networked second one is fine. We've tried switching the cards over this makes no difference. Completely locked out. Can anyone help. It's an emergency need it in two days time!!!
