Why on earth would you buy a licence for non commercial use when it works perfectly well in demo mode for pratting about with, apart from a couple of things mission critical in a business environment, I appreciate your enthusiasm for the industry, but as I said---------

Surprised it took so long for someone to take the p*** to be honest.
No answer to that other than I just did really. I guess I wanted to be able to configure ICR properly, with peripherals, and I’d been told that the likes of receipt printers/cash drawers won’t fire in demo mode - half of the challenge from what I’ve experienced, more so with the Zonal unit (which doesn’t surprise me now), is in configuring the hardware to work with ICR.
Literally the only device that won't work with a demo licence is a cash drawer, and sales data etc isn't written to disk to be stored.
