If it's an ICR TouchOffice dongle then the version you can run will be restricted by the licence number. There is no way of you just downloading the software yourself, and even if you do happen to find a copy somewhere it won't really help as only a dealer (usually the original selling dealer) will be able to access the software licence which links to the hardware dongle you have.
