I just updated my ICRtouch to latest available download V2.64.3 2015 and now when I try to open a table I get:

NO CHECK TRACKING MASTER

Anybody have a clue what is going on? I'm stuck with tables not working and I have to open my restaurant in the morning!!!

Yeah. It means you've got NO CHECK TRACKING MASTER.

Most likely cause, assuming nothing else had been changed at the same time, is that your Windows firewall is blocking the new version of TouchPoint.

Thats what I was trying to figure out...

This is a standalone epos so I went thru all system settings and found that update did toggle "centralized check tracking" to YES...I figured this out after pulling some hair. Back up and running.

I really appreciate you responding!!! Nothing like running into these kinds of problems at the eleventh hour!
