Have you set the channel filter rule for the camera you want the overlay on? and checked the POS text overlay box?

😳 i typed in the ipaddress wrong, so my bad. Your Suggestion about the format was solid. It now works.

And it works using the EPSON protocol.

Can someone please help me with this same issue?

 

Where do I see the Code Page setting on the NVR?

 

I used the utility and can see the test text appear on the screen but nothing when I do a sale on the till?

 

NVR IP: 10.0.10.152

POS1 Port: 10100

Here is a screenshot of ICR settings on the till so far.
