By speaking to your ICR dealer - it's not something an end-user can do.

You can't - that is the sort of thing that only an ICR dealer can set up for you.

 

Had to delete my old account as it refused to let me post and the site owner refuses to reply to my messages despite me being a moderator on the old forum
