I changed the skin and now have no program function
After reading a previous query I tried the help on that page.
This did not work for me and I now have the error blue screen on the windows every time I load the till.
Any help would be gratefully received.
When you say the "error blue screen", do you mean the Windows error screen? So Windows isn't even loading?
If so then this is nothing to do with the ICR software at all and is either a Windows operating system fault, or a hardware fault on your machine.
What type of hardware do you have? Have you changed any hardware recently or added any new devices or software?
When I have come to the screen this morning and I try to go on touch . It tells me that there is a missing language file?
I think you've done more than just change the skin, as the language.def file lives in the ICRTouch/Skin folder and should never go missing.
Have I killed it?
I am in so much trouble..
