Hi Andy,
what dont you like about the new 900s? We have put a few out recently and so far havent had any major issues (well, apart from one doa). They seem adequate for the the price. And I quite like the look of the display.
I think they are quite good machines for this sort of environment, but as a I say, we have only recently done anything with these.

unfair to voice my opinion here but compare both the printer quality and the print quality with the 5200 - if you ever sold them you will know what i mean.
