Hi, I have a Towa PZ-1 and recently it's stopped working.
Every time I press a button it comes up with an "EE" error message.
Does anyone know what might be wrong?
I don't have an instructions manual.

Hi.
Does it happen while typing the price or only when you press the department button?
Can you do a no sale operation (press ST while outside of a sale)?

It happens whenever. I turn it on, it shows something like 0--0--0--0 then takes a bit of paper through then freezes.

I seem to have the same problem, it happened after my till roll ran out, can you let me know how you fixed it!
