We have an issue with our stock figures not being correct in back office reports or if you have updated them doing a stock take, Anyone have any ideas?

Not without a lot more information. Best bet is to check the paperwork for deliveries against what the system thinks has been delivered, and then check basic PLU sales figures as well to do the maths manually.

It's basically a calculator and the stock figures should be correct if the right information has been put in.
