Hi. Have a geller ml790. I have David utilities and cables to connect to laptop. I keep getting error 101 message when I try to send details. Anyone know where key should be P1 S P2? Or is it com port issue. Any advice greatefully recieved

That error isn't listed. Connect to port 3 on ml790.
Com port 4 (not 3) on register
Thanks for quick reply. Ive tried port 4 and all ports, no joy. I lost my data as register was unplugged for a long time. I have reset all my plus and keydesign but just cant get it to send details to register. I am connected from usb to com port using serial adapter. When i try to send details i get Communications Error :-101. Wrecking my head. Does it matter where the key is on register
Any key position should do.
Have you sucessfully connected with David software prior to this? There is a cable requirement for this, not straight serial.
