I'm an accountant and one of my clients has purchased a restaurant.

A Geller mini has been used as the till and will continue to be used. I'm trying to find how to change the restaurant details specifically the name of the restaurant and the VAT registration number.

I haven't been able to find any instructions and it appears Geller no longer exist so any help here will be MUCH appreciated.
