My geller 6600 has been in storage for a couple of years and the battery has gone flat, lost its info and refuses to communicate with me now. Can anyone please help me get it to live again, it accepted the date and time but shows odd symbols when I try anything else.
I only need a basic program with it but it won't even let me do anything with it.
Please please help me if you can.

to be fair luv - what your geller needs is throwing away! 
at best it will need a new battery and a full reprogram - if you can find any geller engineers out there
at worst - that battery will have leaked over the logic board - doing magor damage on the way - but the significant cost of repair/reprog towards a replacement register
