Geller Et 6600 - Check R/J Print

"Check R/J Print"error message has popped up on the Cash Resister and we cannot operate it.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

It indicates a problem with the Receipt / Journal printer mechanism. This is normally caused by a paper-jam, it can be a tiny piece of paper so you need to really get in there to clean it out thoroughly.

if no luck with jam try a 1/2 reset
OW key to p2 turn off turn back on
this usually sorts it on my till..........
