Hello,

We currently have a few fidelity gpos terminals including a total control pc for reporting.

The gpos terminals are becoming slow due to the size of the databases stored on the gpos terminals. I have backed everything up and done all the reporting I require.

How do I clear down the data on the epos which has slowly built up.

I have looked everywhere including the gpos programming utility.

We no longer need the historic data?

Does anybody know how to clear the data so no historical data exists on the gpos terminals themselves.

When launching the gpos software it shows 89.3 % of the database used.

Regards
Paul
