For reasons I cannot fathom I have an open table on my Fidelity GPos machine. None of the clerk id’s will open it and I only have the one cash register therefore it cannot be open on another machine.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Do you have a button on your touchscreen anyway called 'system operation'? Or are you able to place that key on the touchscreen somewhere using the programming utility?

If so this can be resolved with the use of that key.
