Welcome to EpoS Wizard!
problem with error code geller ex300
only guessing but if nothing works - such as a no sale etc,
no cl could stand for no clerk?
look for button such as clerk# or cl1 cl2 cl3 or cashire# or employee# or a row of buttons such as A B D E H if you find a button ending in # enter a 1 into it and try again
for the letters, try just pressing one before the start of a sale.
I have to admit that i don't know thyese machines at all so could be sending you on a wild goose chase but i have been sorting out registers for over 30 years and the error looks familiar.
please post and let us know - right or wrong
good luck
Andy
The only way we have found to resolve this is to reset the till completely.
Its in the user manual but if you havent got one there are lots of sites that try to sell you one. Dont buy one unless younhave a lot of reprogramming to do - just follow the startup procedure posted on the TOWA website
Alternatively here are the steps to reset:
Turn off the machine and unplug it
Turn the control lock key to P position.
Plug in the power code, holding down the C key.
It should reset.
To program the date: (still in P position)
Turn the control lock key to P position.
1 → X/Time → YY MM DD → Cash/Tend
To program time (still in P)
urn the control lock key to P position.
2 → X/Time → hh mm → Cash/Tend
If your decimals are missing (turn key to P)
press 1 press RA Press 2 Press Cash Tend
