I would like to presume there is some sort of master reset ... I’d be happy to set the till up from scratch again ...

Same error here, S1mon. Signing in with the original clerk didn't seem to do anything. I feel like I'm missing something important.

there are many clerk numbers - you need to find the one that logged on - you may think that they are clear but if they rang something in then just pressed the error correct button, there would be a zero balance - but the transaction would not be closed - try signing on with each clerk and press cash total each time.
