SE-C2000 Help

This is really basic stuff and covered in detail in the User Manual. Do you not have a copy of it?

I seem to be getting the wrong information when pressing help.
I.E.
How to choose and set the department / PLU descriptors
1. Turn to the PGM mode.
2. Enter 07 and press the / key.
3. Select the item name and follow these steps in the list.

I get a print out
07: WHEN AN ERROR OCCURS

How to choose and set the preset receipt message and graphic logo in the
list
1. Turn to the PGM mode.
2. Enter 08 and press the / key. (Programming procedure and Preset message list is issued.)
3. Follow these steps in the list.

I get a print out
08: iN THE CASE OF POWER FAILURE

The manual doe's not tell me how to change it?

I did a print of the help list and help 12
TO SET DEPARTMENT NAME
1)TURN MODE KEY TO PGM.
2)2<SUBTOTAL>
3)PRESS APPROPRIATE <DEPT> KEY. I guess that would be 001 as DEPT001 to DEPT008 have been already changed.
4)PRESS <-> KEY. I don't seem to have that key?? that as far as I have got.
5)ENTER XXX AND PRESS <CASH> KEY.
REPEAT 3)-5)
6)PRESS <SUBTOTAL> TO TERMINATE

If any one knows where the "-" key is please let me know.
I do have a - key next to the RF button but when i press that it just bleeps.

I found the Answer and it's not what the Manual says.
You want to name Department number 50 as "Chaos", Department number 51 as "Super", and Department number 53 as "Stellar". After that you leave. You do the following:

1.Switch to PGM (Program) mode.
2.Type "2".
3.Press the [SUBTOTAL] button.
4.Type "50".
5.Type "05".
6.Press the [SUBTOTAL] button.
7.Type "Chaos".
8.Press the [CA/AMT TEND] button.
9.Type "Super".
10.Press the [CA/AMT TEND] button.
11.Type "53".
12.Type "05".
13.Press the [SUBTOTAL] button.
14.Type "Stellar".
15.Press the [CA/AMT TEND] button.
16.Press the [SUBTOTAL] button.
