please help! "lotto winning" key doesn't work!

my casio TE-4500F till was pre-configured a "lotto winning" key, I can use it to define lotto returns easilly.

For example, a client wins 20$ of lottery and I need to input this amount in till, the procedure shown below:
1. input "20"
2. press "lotto winning" button, then "-20$" shown on the display
3. press "cash" to open cash register, then pay 20$ to client.

but this button doesn't work right now, the display showed "20$" after I pressed "lotte winning" button. it should be negative value but it's positive right now.

could somebody help me to reconfigure this "lotto winning" button?

I can't see how it just suddenly changed sign without someone re-programming it. Does the receipt still show LOTTO WINNING or whatever it did before?
