We went to turn on the till today and there is no screen when the switch is turned on and the key is put in any position. Any Ideas? Thanks
Look really closely, maybe with a torch. Can you see anything, even if it's really faint? Does the touch panel still respond - beeps etc - when you touch it?
Assuming you have a power light on, the most likely cause is the LCD panel inverter has gone bang - they are very sensitive to power spikes.

We have changed the full top of the till and screen from another till. Screen turns on but struggling to calibrate as the calibration points are off.
Have you done a calibration on the till?
Yes. We have tried calibration in many different points. But the actual calibration settings are not accurate
