Hi
I tried to print a z report last night and the printer had ran out of paper. I changed the paper but my screen is just showing 'Printing to KP' no matter what buttons i press it doesn't do anything. I have tried switching the machine off completely and unplugging the printer etc. but when i turn the machine back on it is still on the same screen - can anyone help?

You need to do an Initial Reset - Power off , key to 'IR' position (unmarked, one after Z1/P), finger in top-left of touch-screen, power on, 4 beeps, key back to 'Reg'.

May well not be able to reprint the report though, Always check for paper first.
