Hi all
One of my uniwell dx890's is stuck, someone pressed the wrong option when they tried to z the till and im not sure what they've done.
I've tried the s key reset and it comes up saying the network is busy in the top left hand corner of the screen.
This is causing a huge pain as the other tills on the network wont print as the network is jammed.
Help
I used to have an engineer number for these tills but i can't remember it. Anyone know what it is?
unplug everything from the network
reset all the tills and printers
plug everything back in
perform a sp8800 initialise network
that should sort it
