Hi we have two posligne tills running irc touch. Ever since we unplugged one of our tills to make more space on our bar because we didn't use it our main till has been resetting itself. It keeps doing this and now has switched itself off and won't switch back on. Sometimes it switches itself back on but repeats the same process of reseting itself. Any help would be much appreciated
I would suspect this is not an ICR Touch issue if the entire till is shutting down.
Start with the basics, check the power cables and connections, then look in the Windows log files to see what is happening when it shuts down.
Even better, reconnect the second till and see if the problem stops.
Take the rear access cover off of the rear of the till and have a look at the capacitors on the main board. If they are all domed at the top, this will cause this issue.
