Ive just upgraded from Geller ms780 till to a Posbank ECO touch screen. my ms3580-47 wedge barcode scanner works well on the old Geller till but Ive tried with a serial cable and a USB cable on the new Posbank, with the serial into a com port has no power but with the USB cable it wakes up and bleeps in the right fashion but nothing sent to the till.
question.... Am I wasting my time trying to make this ms3589-47 wedge work with a serial or USB cable
