Hi All,

I've got a Sharp 820F from a previous business and wish to remove or change the logo. Does anybody have an idea how I can do this please, preferably via PC Software. The unit is linked via LAN and the existing back office software only handles stock and keyboard layouts.

There is a utility for sending graphic logos to the till. If you PM me I can send the utility.

Hi,

Just want to say thank you for the utilities. The only snag I'm getting is that it says the UP-800 (can't find an option for the 820F specifically) doesn't have a touch screen so I can't program that element, but apart from that the rest seems to work fine.
