I went onto operating mode No 8 AUTO KEY MODE
went onto condiment 1 now it has froze my screen with AUTO KEY PUSH AUTO KEY AND BLANK KEYS
how can I get back to my main screen HELP

Take the back off and you will see a small switch marked S1 at the back middle edge of the motherboard.
Switch the machine off at the side, slide the S1 switch to ON, put the switch at the side back on and then slide S1 to OFF. The screen will then give you a choice. Choose PROGRAM RESET and then cancel back to your main screen. You'll need to switch the receipt off again if you don't want constant receipts.
