SharpSoft Ecr Manager 6 Auto Email

Hi i have 2 up-3500 tills and a pc with ECR Manager 6, after upgrading the PC the scheduled tasks have not been sending email as before. When checking the email log i find lots of entry's for:

05/12/2016 01:48:12 Location 1.1 Ecr 01 FILE9999.DAT Unknown Report FAILED : Bad report filename.

I have looked for the above filename and it is nowhere to be found.

If i run the task and click "Email Now" it will send but not before even thought "Auto email" is ticked.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this.
