I have a sharp up-700 I cannot log on it says cashier not assigned and when I try to switch it to the pgm mode with key there are( ! )Beside each of the options and I cannot select any of them.

Sounds like the dealer has locked you out of programming to make some extra money. You'll need a service key (has an S or SRV) on it in order to unlock it

We have the service key made from ma key but it still won't clear have done a master rest and there is still(!) on the other menus

Sorry for the delay. Since you have a service key, Set supervisor mode to on.
